General Questions

Do you have a customer loyalty program?

Yes, it's called Pastry Points! The way to earn points is to first create an account by clicking the person emoticon at the top right of the screen next to the cart symbol. After that, you can follow us on our social media and shop to earn points. You can also earn by referring us to friends. Customers earn 4 points for every $1 spent. As you earn, you can continue to accumulate points or redeem them (keep in mind that 250 points = $5 off)! Unfortunately, you cannot earn points on market purchases, nor can you redeem points at markets at this time!

How do you choose ingredients?

The ingredients in Pup Pastry treats are chosen solely because of the health benefit they provide to your pet.

How long do the treats last?

It depends on your storing conditions. For best results, I suggest that you store your treats in the refrigerator and they will last a minimum of 1 month, sometimes longer.

Can I purchase a custom order of the healthy dog treats or a specialty item like a cake?

Of course! We accept custom orders of up to 500 at this time. Go to the Custom Order page and fill out the form. 

How often do you restock?

We don't have a restock schedule. We make treats only after they are ordered. The ONLY time that this isn't the case is when I'm prepping for a market.

Do you offer subscription services?

There are options for a subscription service. All products with the exception of the Pup Protein collection and the Iced Cookies, can be put on a recurring payment schedule and is offered at a discounted price for choosing to subscribe!

Are all treats made in house?

Absolutely! I am involved in every step of the way from idea inception to baking! I do not participate in white labeling.

Shipping Questions

What is your current processing time for online orders

The current processing time is anywhere from 2-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer depending on the complexity of your request.

If you need your order for a certain date, I recommend picking the express option at checkout.

How long after I purchase will it take my order to arrive to me?

Once your order is received, I immediately get to work on baking and packaging your order. Shipping times are anywhere from next day to 5 days from time of purchase depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout and of course, the shipping company. I cannot control how fast or slow, the item arrives to you once it leaves Pup Pastry.

Is in person delivery an option?

Yes, I can definitely deliver your order after it meets some simple criteria. First, you must live within 20 miles of Raleigh, NC 27616. That does cover the Triangle and may include other cities. Once you put your address in at checkout, it will automatically delete in person delivery as an option if you are outside of that 20 mile radius. The fee for in person delivery is $5.

Order Issues

I received the wrong product, what do I do?

I always aim to correctly ship the correct items in an appropriate amount of time, but sometimes with it being just me, mistakes do happen. If you receive the wrong item, please email me at hello@puppastrync.com including your order number, a picture of the wrong item sent, and the name of the correct item(s) you were suppose to receive.

I'm missing an item, what do I do?

I always aim to correctly ship the correct items in an appropriate amount of time, but sometimes with it being just me, mistakes do happen. If you receive your order and you are missing an item, please email me at hello@puppastrync.com including your order number and the name of the item(s) you were suppose to receive.

My pup did not like the treats I bought, can I exchange them?

Unfortunately, there isn't an opportunity for exchanging the treat. Please feel free to purchase a smaller size of the treats or our sample box in order to make sure that your pup will enjoy the full size!

I accidentally put in the wrong address or need to change my address.

I get that mistakes happen. As soon as you notice that the wrong address was entered, please email hello@puppastrync.com with your order number. If your order has not been shipped, it can totally be fixed. Unfortunately, if the order has already been shipped, then there is nothing that can be done on my end.

Retail Questions

Where can I shop in person?

You can shop our full selection at any in person market. For the schedule, please refer to the Pup Pastry Instagram page as that is where you can find the most up to date information.

As far as other places, you can shop Pup Pastry iced cookies at the Mosa Pet Spa, Resort & Boutique in Cary, NC. You can also shop a limited selection at the Shoppe at Haven Farm and you can shop a full selection at The Studio located in Apex, NC.

Can I return/exchange a product I bought in person with you online?

We do not accept returns of treats, regardless of whether or not they have been opened. If there is another issue with your order, please email hello@puppastrync.com with your order number and concern and your email will be answered ASAP.

Can I pick up my online order in person?

Yes you can, but only at an in person market. Please check the Pup Pastry Instagram for our market schedule so that you can know where you can find your order. Also, please notate that you wish to pick up this order in the notes and at checkout.

Wholesale Questions

Do you offer wholesale options?

Pup Pastry is currently offering wholesale options through Faire, but if you have additional questions or want to create a wholesale order outside of Faire, please email hello@puppastrync.com.
